Created with passion and designed for sharing, every plate invites you to a feast of signature flavours — from the Rangoli Lamb Chops, Awadhi Lamb Shank and Nawabi Seekh to the Dhaba Lamb Curry, Kadhai Paneer and our Dilli BC (Butter Chicken).

The vision: happiness & positivity

Restaurateur Mr. Salh, inspired by his love for Indian food and culture, assembled a talented team to redefine how Indian cuisine is presented globally — and named it Rangoli, “Happiness & Positivity” in Hindi.

The chefs: Taj, Punjab Grill and The Leela

Each dish is crafted with authentic preparations by Executive Chef Jaswant Negi, who brings his rich experience from the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels and Punjab Grill, alongside Chef Bhupal, a seasoned culinary artist from The Leela Hotels. Their refined techniques intertwine traditional cooking methods with modern influences.
